Recipes Starring These Blends

  • Pumpkin Hummus with Ayurvedic Balance Blend
    Place 1 can (15 oz.) drained and rinsed chickpeas, 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. tahini, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. chopped garlic in blender container. Cover. Blend until mixture is smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Add 2 tbsp. Ayurvedic Balance Blend and 1/2 tsp. salt to blender; pulse until well blended. Add 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree; blend until thick and smooth. If mixture is too thick to blend, add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time, just until mixture blends smoothly. Transfer hummus to serving bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with additional Ayurvedic Balance Blend and roasted pepitas to serve, if desired.
  • Roasted Vegetable Tacos with Digestive Health Seasoning
    Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix 3 cups water and 1/4 tsp. sea salt in large saucepan; bring to boil. Stir in 1/4 cup farro and 1/4 cup chana dal. Reduce heat to simmer; cover. Cook just until farro and dal are tender, about 25 to 30 minutes. Drain any remaining water. Set aside. Meanwhile, place 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes, and 1 small chopped red bell pepper in large bowl. Drizzle with 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil; toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on large parchment-lined sheet pan. Roast 20 to 25 minutes, until sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned. Remove from oven; set aside. Heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp. Digestive Health Seasoning; cook until fragrant. Stir in cooked farro mixture and 1/4 tsp. sea salt until well blended. Add roasted sweet potatoes and bell pepper, 1 cup lightly charred corn kernels and 1 cup chopped kale; mix well and cook just until kale is wilted. Divide filling evenly among 7 (4-inch) warm corn tortillas. Top with avocado slices and pickled red onion to serve, if desired.
