Recipes Starring this Blend

  • Sweet & Tangy Drizzle
    Place 1 medium fuji apple, cored and chopped, 6 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp. honey, 4 tsp. Digestive Health Seasoning, 1 tbsp. yellow mustard and 1/2 tsp. salt in blender container. Cover. Blend on high until smooth. Gradually add 1/2 cup vegetable oil, with machine running. Process until smooth. Add 1 tbsp. toasted white sesame seeds; pulse to mix. Transfer to airtight container. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use. Use this all-purpose drizzle to add a touch of each flavor to everything from salad dressings and marinades to breakfast or dessert.
  • Roasted Vegetable Tacos
    Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix 3 cups water and 1/4 tsp. sea salt in large saucepan; bring to boil. Stir in 1/4 cup farro and 1/4 cup chana dal. Reduce heat to simmer; cover. Cook just until farro and dal are tender, about 25 to 30 minutes. Drain any remaining water. Set aside. Meanwhile, place 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes, and 1 small chopped red bell pepper in large bowl. Drizzle with 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil; toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on large parchment-lined sheet pan. Roast 20 to 25 minutes, until sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned. Remove from oven; set aside. Heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp. Digestive Health Seasoning; cook until fragrant. Stir in cooked farro mixture and 1/4 tsp. sea salt until well blended. Add roasted sweet potatoes and bell pepper, 1 cup lightly charred corn kernels and 1 cup chopped kale; mix well and cook just until kale is wilted. Divide filling evenly among 7 (4-inch) warm corn tortillas. Top with avocado slices and pickled red onion to serve, if desired.
